This Prohibited Use Policy ("Policy") supplements the Qolaba Terms of Service and applies to your access and use of our Services, including any inputs you provide and any images, video, audio, or other outputs you create. 1. Fabricated events :fabricate events, statements, or news and present them as real.
2. Misrepresentation :misrepresent the source or authenticity of generated content in a way likely to deceive or cause harm.
5. Do not engage in illegal behavior.
For example, this includes accessing or using our Services to:
1. Intellectual property :infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate another party’s intellectual property rights.
2. Privacy :violate another party’s privacy rights as defined under applicable law.
3. Illegal goods :create or facilitate the exchange of illegal goods, services, or substances.

1. Manipulation :deceive or manipulate others to gain unauthorized access to accounts, payment details, or other sensitive information.

7. Do not create violent, hateful, or harassing material outside clearly fictional contexts.

2. Discrimination :demean people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

1. Circumvention :probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass any safeguard, filter, or access control.
2. Disruption :interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the experience of other users.
Enforcement and Reporting
How we enforce this Policy and how you can report content that breaks it.
1. Enforcement
We use a combination of automated systems, user reports, and human review to assess content and usage that may violate this Policy. For users who violate this Policy we may remove the offending content and suspend or terminate access to the Services. For content that poses a real-world risk of harm, we may contact or cooperate with relevant law enforcement authorities. Enforcement is at our sole discretion, and any failure to enforce this Policy in a given instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.
2. Reporting and DMCA Takedown
If you believe content was created with our Services that violates this Policy, or that your rights have been infringed, please report it to support@qolaba.ai. To help us act quickly, include the following:

2. Why it violates :the reason you believe it breaks this Policy or your rights, including any supporting links.
3. Copyright claims :identification of the work, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that you are authorized to act.
4. Review :we review reports promptly and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action. If your content was removed in error, contact us at the same address to request a review.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes as required by law, and the date above reflects the latest revision.
