We believe in the creative potential of generative AI, and we take seriously our responsibility to prevent misuse. Our safety program combines clear rules, consent at the point of upload, human review of reports, and decisive enforcement, and it evolves as our products and the wider landscape change. The safeguards below describe how we work to protect people from harm while keeping the experience smooth for legitimate creators.
Our Safeguards
We apply a layered set of safeguards across the lifecycle of generated content.
1. Prevent
We set out clear rules in our Prohibited Use Policy and require every creator to accept a Media Upload Agreement before uploading any likeness. The agreement confirms that the creator holds the rights and consent for the content they upload and will not create non-consensual or deceptive media.
2. Detect
We provide a clear channel for anyone to report content that may violate our policies, and we review reported content through human review, with automated checks expanding as our systems mature.
3. Enforce
Creators who violate our Prohibited Use Policy are subject to content removal and to suspension or termination of access. We refer illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Inform
We are committed to transparency about AI-generated media, and we intend to adopt content provenance standards such as C2PA over time so that the origin of media can be verified.
Report Content
Anyone can report content that may breach our policies, and we act on every report.
1. How to report a concern
If you find content that you believe was created with our Services and raises a safety concern, or that violates our Prohibited Use Policy, please report it to support@qolaba.ai. We review every report and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and suspending accounts.
